EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within the applicable withdrawal period.

For most eligible physical goods purchased online, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

You can use the form below to submit an EU right of withdrawal request for an eligible order. This form is for exercising your statutory EU withdrawal right. It is not required for warranty claims, damaged items, defective products, exchanges, or general return questions.

Please have your order number and the email address used at checkout ready before completing the form.

After You Submit a Withdrawal Request

After you submit and confirm your withdrawal request, we will send you an acknowledgement by email. Our team will then review the order details and provide the next steps.

If your order has not shipped, we will review whether the order can be cancelled before shipment.

If your order is already in transit or has already been delivered, we may not be able to stop the shipment. For eligible physical goods, the goods must be returned according to the return instructions we provide.

Returning Goods After Withdrawal

If your withdrawal request relates to physical goods that have already been shipped or delivered, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw.

The return deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day return period expires.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless Zep Tepi Solutions states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

Returned goods must not be used, altered, damaged, or modified after submitting a withdrawal request. Goods should be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

You may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This form does not confirm that every item in an order is eligible for withdrawal, that returned goods have been received, or that a refund has already been issued.
