Spagyric Tinctures vs Regular Herbal Tinctures

Most herbal tinctures extract only part of the plant. Spagyric tinctures go further by separating, purifying, and recombining the plant’s extract with its mineral Salts, creating a more complete preparation in the traditional Alchemical sense.

About the Alchemist

Zep Tepi Solutions is the work of Owen Weinman, a practicing laboratory Alchemist in Park City, Utah.

He trained in person with Robert Allen Bartlett, completing the Prima, Secunda, and Tertia courses in plant, animal, and mineral Alchemy at Bartlett's laboratory in Washington. Bartlett studied under Frater Albertus, who founded the Paracelsus College in Salt Lake City, which places this lab in a direct Utah Alchemical lineage. Owen Weinman went on to serve two years as laboratory director for Phoenix Aurelius, hand-making several hundred Spagyric preparations. He has practiced since 2018.

He also produces Spagyric tinctures under white label for Dr. Tom Cowan and Dr. Andrew Kaufman.

Dr. Tom Cowan’s product listing for the Spagyric Strophanthus Seed Extract credits it to Owen Weinman and describes it as, to their knowledge, the world’s first Spagyric strophanthus tincture.
