Black Seed, also called Black Cumin and the Seed of Blessing, carries one of the longest reputations in herbal practice. The Islamic tradition describes it as a healing for every illness but death. It was valued in Ancient Egypt as well, and a vessel of black seed oil was found in the tomb of Tutankhamun.
Herbalists have long valued black seed for digestive comfort, for skin and hair, for joint health, for seasonal immune and respiratory support, and for antioxidant and metabolic support.
Most people use black seed as an oil, pressed or solvent-extracted from the seed and taken by the spoonful. This is a different preparation. Taken through the full Spagyric process, the seed's own purified Salts are calcined, purified, and reunited with the extract, which is not something a seed oil contains.

I take a few sprays, or several drops depending on the closure, under the tongue or in a small amount of water, a couple of times a day.
